Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

A significant part of adjusting to the pandemic was turning the standard, in-person FAT procedure for tablet coating machinery into a virtual testing process that delivers the same quality assurance and supports customer safety. We offer virtual and in-person FATs to review, run, and test all equipment before it’s shipped to your facility. With plenty of parking and 30-foot ceilings, you can also choose to participate in an in-person FAT at our new facility in Elgin. Our customized, state-of-the-art testing area allows you to comfortably observe your new machinery in action.

Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)

Our on-site testing ensures the functionality of the system after its installation.

Installation Qualification (IQ)

This covers documented verification that your hardware installation process and results comply with applicable codes and regulations.

Operational Qualification (OQ)
