Thomas Processing’s FLEX 200 is a fully integrated, recipe-driven pilot/production scale tablet coating system with exchangeable drums. Our FLEX 200 is designed with a wide range of industry-leading, high-performance features to give you complete coating uniformity, like external gun positioning, auto unload, patented Thomas Spray Bar (TSB) with Schlick ABC technology, and exchangeable drum with a capacity range of 30 to 325 liters. FLEX 200 also comes with optional wash-in-place (WIP) configurations and an available containment option for use with highly potent products and film, functional, sugar, and drug layer coating.
