With other machines, being able to confirm that your tablets are fully coated and uniform is a real challenge. Traditional spray systems start and push tablets through the machine, causing some tablets to get shunted to one side, thus spending less time under the spray zone. With the ACCELA CTC 500’s sophisticated zero waste gun-sequencing process, your spray guns are turned on and off at different times so all of your tablets are fully and evenly coated.
