  • A single phase 50-60 Hz power source 
  • Independent pneumatic controls for atomizing, pattern, and trigger air

  • Volumetric or mass flowmeter for solution flow rate control

The Accela-Spray PRO is designed with an innovative pneumatic delivery system that ensures high-quality film coating and uniformity, thanks to the patented tablet film coating technology equipped in the Thomas Spray System. Our fully integrated system is designed to provide an accurate solution rate, a <5% gun-to-gun spray rate differential, and a rapid disassembly and cleaning process. All Thomas tablet coating systems feature our spray system and Spray Bar, including our Accela-Spray PRO. The solution delivery system is engineered to deliver a consistently better performance compared to conventional manifolds and result in easily validated, repeatable tablet spray coating processes.
