Dear Thomas customer,
As a Global company, Thomas Processing LLC, considers the health of our customers, partners, service providers and employees a top priority. For this reason, we are carefully monitoring the situation and we have implemented all recommendations made by the responsible authorities. Despite this situation, we also understand the importance of meeting delivery commitments to our customers.
In an effort to do our part in stopping the spread of COVID-19, Thomas’s facility is operating with limited on-site personnel. All other Thomas employees will work remotely to ensure our business continues to operate smoothly with minimal impact to our customers.
Thomas remains open and operational and you will continue to see the outstanding customer service commitment from Thomas you have come to expect. We are receiving and shipping spare parts orders daily and our manufacturing team is progressing your coating system projects. Our Technical Services team is available for phone and video conference services and assistance.
We have proactively contacted our critical supply partners to confirm that there should be no changes in our ability to provide industry leading Tablet Coating Systems and Parts. Thomas employees are prepared to be responsive to emails and phone calls as usual thanks to our information technology resources.
