Our Thomas Accela-CTC 500 features a versatile inline tablet-cooling chamber that reduces the footprint of the equipment and streamlines coating processes by:

Integrating the chamber with the coating drum
Cooling down the tablets prior to discharge from the coater
Pointing six compressed air nozzles at the tablets to remove heat

With the inline tablet cooling chamber, tablet temperatures are reduced by as much as 15 degrees Celsius.

Traditional spray systems start and push tablets through the machine, causing some tablets to get shunted to one side, thus spending less time under the spray zone.
